MAX1165BCUI 16-Bit AD
The MAX1165 16-bit, low-power, successiveapproximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature automatic power-down, factory-trimmed internal clock, and a 16-bit wide (MAX1165) or byte wide (MAX1166) arallel interface. The devices operate from a single +4.75V to +5.25V analog supply and a +2.7V to +5.25V digital supply.
